    get more is big deal, it is very serious for many people. As killer deal as work is many people are miserable at work. Entrepreneurship or as they call it "side hustle" is a better yet maybe not apparently easily viable alternative for most people.

    I can count 200 reasons why enjoyment in work is important but for now Allow Me to give you just 3 reasons

    Reason (I) you spend the majority of your life at work.

    Consequently, if you spend 8 hours on the job or 9 hours you likely spend more time with your colleagues than you do with your loved ones. Just think about it, 8 hours every day with your supervisor every single day of this week translates to 40 hours a week with your boss and co-workers as opposed to the 16 hours that you spend with family on weekends

    Reason (II) Work brings in the cash, who said money wasn’t significant? Money is essential… we could ‘t live without it. We will need to fabric ourselves, we want food, we need shelter, we need or even want a good vacation every once in a while. More money is required if you have kids and a family to look after. Money is so significant the lack of it may raise havoc to our wellbeing and happiness. I am not saying we should worship cash but I am stating that it is important

    Reason (III) Function is important to your happiness, if you are not happy at work and always have work issues it’s not difficult for those problems to creep into other areas in your life such as your relationship with your loved ones, husband or wife and whatever else.

    Thus, work is a significant deal!!

    You might be asking yourself, where am I going with this?

    Research shows that as critical as work is, most people aren’t happy at work. According to Forbes, 70% of people in the workplace are disengaged.

    Why are people occasionally not pleased at work? Generally, there are 3 common work issues that most people have, you may be confronting one of these, either (I) you don’t enjoy the job (II) you don’t enjoy the boss or people who utilize or (III) that you aren’t growing or are not recognised enough (not enough cover, no advertising etc.).

    I have learnt in my entire life out of working and coaching many people that most work problems can be solved by just doing three things . Only 3 things.

    Most staff members would arrive at work in the afternoon and proceed with their regular, make a cup of tea, eat some breakfast cereals… create a different cup of tea later on and so on.

    Not many staff members ever said thank you for the great job the kitchen woman did. But if she happened to take some time off or was away sick everybody moaned about how filthy the kitchen looked as they couldn’t find clean cups and things got sprinkled all over the place. Hence that
